Our office is a prevention oriented dental practice that offers a wide variety of cosmetic and restorative dental procedures to meet each individual's needs.  Our philosophy is to practice the concept of optimum dental health in as few visits as possible.  Our goal is to save as many of your natural teeth as possible for the rest of your life.  This is one of many reasons you will look foward to visiting us on a regular basis.

Regular visits to the dentist are the best way to prevent tooth pain or oral diseases.  With the use of modern technology, we are able to control and prevent future problems before they become bigger problems.  Preventative care begins at home with tooth brushing, daily flossing and water flossing.  This regimen should be followed up with your own customized, scheduled visits to our office.  Our goal is to preserve your natural teeth for the rest of your life through homecare and regular visits.  This will increase your chances for maintaining your natural, beautiful smile.

Bonding is a procedure in which tooth-colored materials are applied to tooth/teeth to cover discolorations, repair chips, breaks and fill in gaps.  It is a virtually painless procedure that can be completed in one visit.  The end result will be very natural looking.

ZOOM! teeth whitening is a 1 hour in-office whitening system.  In this one hour treatment, your teeth can be up to 8 shades whiter.  The ZOOM! system is best for people with a busy lifestyle or someone who doesn't want to wear daily whitening trays.  We will discuss which system will be best for your situation.

Dental implants may be an option for those looking for a permanent replacement for a missing tooth.  A dental implant is an artificial root that is integrated into your jaw.  Once secured into the bone, an artificial tooth or bridge is placed onto the implant.  Implants can be a great adjunct to support a full/complete denture.  This option will provide you with full functionality and offer greater control when eating or speaking.

A crown is a restoration that covers or "caps" a tooth to restore it to its normal shape and size.  Its purpose is to strengthen or improve the appearance of a tooth.  A crown is placed to support a large filling when there isn't enough tooth remaining, to protect weak teeth from fracturing or to cover badly shaped or discolored teeth.

A fixed bridge is the cemented replacement for missing teeth.  A fixed bridge is quite natural looking and helps balance a normal bite.  The bridge prevents drifting and tilting of adjacent teeth.  The bridge is customized to fit your mouth properly and comfortably.

It's all about choices - you can choose to keep the silver fillings that you had since you were a child or return to more youthful appearance by replacing old discolored fillings.  Today's cosmetic fillings match your teeth so perfectly, it will look like you've been cavity free for your entire life!

Periodontal diseases are infections that affect the tissues and bone that support the teeth.  Periodontal cleaning also known as scaling and root planning is a non-surgical treatment used in our office to help prevent and reverse the spread of periodontal disease in your mouth.  Signs of periodontal disease are gums that bleed easily, red, swollen or tender gums and persistent bad breath.

Veneers are thin preshaped shells made of tooth-colored materials that are designed to cover the front side of teeth.  Veneers are an excellent way to help achieve a beautiful, healthy looking smile.  Veneers are used to cover gaps or teeth that are stained, poorly shaped or slightly crooked.

A sealant is a clear or shaded composite material that is painlessly applied to the chewing surfaces of the back teeth where decay occurs most often.  The sealant acts as a barrier, protecting the decoy prone areas of the back teeth from plaque and acid.  Children reciee the greatest benefit from having sealants applied to their teeth.
